»Everyone knows the satisfying feeling that follows tidying up. Clarity on the outside creates calm within. But who willingly looks at the moment when order suddenly tips into chaos? With a strange attentiveness, I observe situations in which familiar orders are abruptly shaken. What fascinates me is not chaos itself, but the moment of transition — when it becomes clear how narrow the boundary between the extremes truly is. My works are attempts to make this invisible boundary tangible. They speak of the urge to create structure, and of the realization that every order is only a temporary state. I understand movement as an expression of this tipping point — as a trace in which order loses its fixed form.«

»Jeder kennt das befriedigende Gefühl nach dem Aufräumen. Klarheit im Außen schafft ebenso Ruhe im Inneren. Doch wer blickt schon gerne auf den Moment, in dem Ordnung plötzlich ins Chaos kippt? Mit einer merkwürdigen Aufmerksamkeit verfolge ich Situationen, in denen vertraute Ordnungen abrupt ins Wanken geraten. Mich fasziniert nicht das Chaos selbst, sondern der Moment des Übergangs — wenn deutlich wird, wie schmal die Grenze zwischen den Extremen ist. Meine Werke sind Versuche, diese unsichtbare Grenze greifbar zu machen. Sie erzählen vom Drang, Strukturen zu schaffen und von der Erkenntnis, dass jede Ordnung nur ein vorübergehender Zustand ist. Bewegung begreife ich dabei als Ausdruck dieses Kippmoments – als Spur, in der Ordnung ihre feste Form verliert.«
